Custom Orders

I am happy to accept Custom Orders for any of my range. As most products are handmade, colours and patterns can vary. If you require a custom order please feel free to contact me either via the website or email. I will contact you to discuss the specific needs for your customer order.

Placing an Order

To place an order, please browse items in the product listing. Read the description for each item and quote the product no. in the on-line web form.

We aim to fill all orders within 36 hours. If a special theme or colours are required and they are not in stock, a time estimate will be specified at the time the order is discussed.

Orders over $30 for the Port Macquarie, Wauchope or Camden Haven area will attract free delivery. For postage of items, the price depends on the weight per package.

Cancellation of an Order

If an order is to be cancelled, 36 hours notice before the agreed delivery date will apply. If this is not met, the deposit of 25% will be forfeited.

Payment

All local orders will be produced and a direct deposit required prior to the order being dispatched. Large orders will require a 30% deposit paid by direct deposit for the order to be accepted.

Postage

All prices are in Australian Dollars, for Australian residents. For international shipment please specify your location and postal address with your order.

All products will be bubble wrapped so they arrive in good condition.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post using their current postage rates.

Please make sure your address details are correct at the time of submitting your order.

Registered Post is additional. If you do not request and pay for registered post, your goods will be sent as a regular postal item.

Mailing Times

When an order is completed it will be placed in the post and an email will be sent to confirm that the order has been processed and mailed.
